Film School Orientation

At the beginning of each Fall and Spring semesters the Colorado Film School (CFS) holds a mandatory orientation for incoming students. This is a chance for new students to learn everything they will need to know before starting classes as well at meet and mingle with faculty and students.

The day will include an introduction to the school, a tour of the facilities, training on our equipment check out software, and of course food! There will also be advisors available to answers all of your questions. We hope this will be a fun and informative start to your film career.

It is mandatory for all new CFS students to attend the Film School Orientation, students who are unable to attend will have to make arrangements to get the information and training at another time.

Students must be registered prior to Film School Orientation.

SPRING 2017 CFS FILM SCHOOL ORIENTATION:

For students who cannot attend Spring Orientation on Friday January 13th, Make-Up Orientation will be held on January 20th at CFS, Room 136 Advanced Lab.

FALL 2017 CFS FILM SCHOOL ORIENTATION:

Come in the front door and someone will be there to direct you to the classrooms.

Lunch will be provided after the orientation.

Parents and continuing students are welcome and encouraged to attend both the orientation and the lunch, however, they may wish to skip the equipment training and instructions and only attend the lunch.
