Klose Training is looking for a highly-creative, DETAIL-ORIENTED individual with excellent communication skills to work part-time to full-time hours, in our office in Lafayette, Colorado, to help turn lecture-based, non-interactive content into engaging, entertaining, and informative online courses.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Create online courses, mostly relating to the condition of lymphedema, a medical condition that causes disproportional swelling, typically of extremities. Our courses incorporate lecture, hands-on demonstrations (massage and bandaging technique), graphics, video, PowerPoint slides, and more. Tasks to include:
o Staging (lighting, audio, etc.)
o Direction to “actors”
o Filming
o Video editing including incorporation of graphics, etc.
• Create animations to enliven illustrations
• Create video content for Vimeo, YouTube and other video outlets
· Research to identify the best online Learning Management System (LMS) to replace our current, unsupported platform.
· Participate as a team member on company projects and activities
· Provide prompt and professional business correspondence via email and phone

Occasional Duties:
• Answer telephones with professional courtesy
• Provide project support to coworkers

Preferred Additional Skills
· Provide IT support to students for online access issues
· Cultivate social media content (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and blogging)
· Aide search engine optimization
· Manage company web pages

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work on the computer for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 30 pounds

• Proven skills to accomplish the tasks defined above
• Proven project management ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher)
• Strong, positive interpersonal skills
• Articulate and professional communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to DETAIL
• Self-motivated, with impeccable time management skills
• Ability to quickly learn the latest advances in technology

Our equipment: Video camera, basic lighting equipment, 13’ x 17.5’ studio with green screen

Business Description:
Klose Training & Consulting is a continuing education school that trains physical, occupational, and massage therapists in a niche medical treatment. Our core program is a 135-hour certification course (Lymphedema Therapy Certification) that we provide across the country and in Europe throughout the year.
