Moxie Real Estate is rapidly expanding, and we want YOU! We’re searching for a talented Video Editor to deliver long and short form video narratives tailored for social consumption. Your role will be directly responsible for creating videos for social media, brand campaigns, short form narratives, and long form narratives. The brand will look to you to provide a unique perspective in shaping these stories visually, helping to further evolve our presence in the digital space. This position is responsible for supporting content marketing programs for the marketing department in collaboration with Moxie and its affiliated businesses.

Job Summary
The Video Editor will work closely with various internal stakeholders to fulfill the Moxie brand strategy and integrated campaigns through video post-production.

Responsibilities
Long/Short form narrative Video Editing
Shooting Video, Clip pulls, Trailer Cutdowns
Occasional graphic creation (as it pertains to video editing)
Motion Graphics capabilities for GIF creation and overlays
Organization and management of archival video assets
Editorial video editing and finishing with other skillsets such as motion graphics a plus.
Content management of video library.
Collaborate with internal partners to execute fresh and compelling videos for all media channels.
Assist producer on project deliverables throughout post-production
Support the pre-production process from project inception to final approval of all production elements.
Oversee several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment.
React quickly to creatively troubleshoot problems as they arise.
Maintain project management software to benchmark department utilization and success.
Manage assets collected to ensure optimization of video investment.
Interact regularly with clients and stakeholders in video briefings, kick-off meetings and throughout production.
Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements
Ability to work remote
1 years of professional experience in a similar role OR current / recent grad film student
Ability to overlay music, dialogues, graphics and effects
Highly creative, organized and able to work independently with little direction
Ability to multitask and wear many hats
Great communication skills and a collaborative team player in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment
Passionate about long form narratives, social media cuts, short video products and snackable video content
Additional design/art related skills and experiences are a huge plus (eg: animation, illustration)
Strong understanding of today’s social media landscape and the functionality of video on the platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, Giphy etc.)
Background in Illustration / Editorial design a plus
Desire to innovate, collaborate and create best-in-class storytelling experiences
An eye for live social production (YouTube, IG Live) a plus
