SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER:
(2-3 PEOPLE)
Govern’s company social media channels (Facebook, Snapchat, Youtube, Twitter, company Website) and other applicable platforms
Creates/posts engaging written, graphic, and video content that engages target audience
Creates feedback polls that assesses audience needs
Creates content under the supervision of the Creator/Executive Producer
Creates content with the Creator/Executive Producer that promotes audience interaction/increases audience participation
Posts at least 4 times a week

TV HOSTS:
(2-3 PEOPLE)
Must have a likeable on-air presence
Must be comfortable speaking in front of an in-studio audience and on camera
Have research and interviewing skills
Be able to ad-lib
Must be comfortable interviewing Guests on-air
Must have excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
Willing to rotate in the Hosting Position (Depending on how many hosts, we will have different people presenting each week)
Option of creating your own News/ Entertainment content for the show
Option of writing your own script

CAMERA OPERATOR:
(3 PEOPLE)
Responsible for physically operating the camera and maintaining composition and camera angles throughout production
Be able to take instruction from the Director/Producer
May be required to assemble, prepare and set up equipment prior to filming, which may include tripods, monitors, lighting, cables and leads and headphones
May be required to study scripts
Be able to work quickly

PROMPTER:
(1-2 PEOPLE)
Knowledge and experience in basic computer operations, word-processing software and teleprompter programs
Be able to adapt and work in high pressure environments
Be flexible and able to adapt to changing speech patterns.
Be able to quickly make modifications if a speaker adlibs.
Be able to edit and format scripts as needed.

VIDEO ASSIST OPERATOR:
(1-2 PEOPLE)
Operates the VTR (Video Tape Recorder) during production
Responsible for making sure that all the required images are captured by video playback
Have expert knowledge of video, video playback equipment and video and audio cables
Have a basic understanding of film cameras, lighting and film stock
Be computer literate
Making sure that all necessary images are captured and previewing any visual effects
Ensuring that all footage is properly stored

AUDIO ENGINEER/BOOM OPERATOR:
(1-2 PEOPLE)
Fit radio microphones to hosts and guests
Must have good knowledge of audio equipment and sound technology
Regulate volume levels; check that equipment, i.e. microphones and earpieces, are working before the show
Deal with any technical problems
Continuously monitor volume levels and sound quality
Be able to problem solve

FLOOR DIRECTOR:
(1-2 PEOPLE)
Must be organized
Must have excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
seat the audience (if in attendance)
refer to floor plans
Assist guests on the show
Relay instructions from the control room to the studio floor using a talkback system
Keep the director and producer informed of action off-camera
Assist in the planning and preparation of productions
Oversee the work of other departments, such as sound, lighting and props
Rehearse live/recorded shows
Give cues and time counts to presenters, actors or guests
Organize runners to make the best use of studio time
Review TV show schedule and anticipate changes
Manage the audience, i.e. explaining safety requirements, show timings and what will happen during filming and when the program will be aired
Deal with any technical problems
Control the studio and halt production if necessary
Set up equipment, connect wires, and use knobs and buttons to make required adjustments
Continuously monitor volume levels and sound quality
Be able to problem solve

SCREENWRITER (OPTIONAL)
(1-2 PEOPLE)
Works with Executive Producer on scripting for upcoming shows
Basic reading and writing skills
Must have a creative imagination
